Filtration Plants

We offer a wide range of Pressure Filters that we extensively used to remove suspended particle, Iron, color and odor from water.

Pressure Sand Filters

We offer premium quality Pressure Sand Filters in different sizes and material and are easy to operate [manually as well as automated]. 

Pressure Sand filters finds extensive application for removing turbidity, suspended particles that are present in raw water with minimum pressure drop. 

The filters which are commonly used are sand and gravels or anthracite. Note: Filter Media are used depending on the raw water quality and the treated water quality required. 

Activated Carbon Filters  

We supply different type of Activated Carbon Filters for the use in tertiary treatment water for removing of colour and odor. Our range of activated carbon filters come in different size as per the design requirement. The entire range is appreciated for its durability, simple installation and reliable performance. Our carbon filters are designed to work on high flow rates, thus reducing the in line pressure loss.       

Cartridge Filters 

We manufacture and offer a wide range of cartridge filters that are highly acknowledged for their compactness and high porosity, used for clarification of process liquids containing small amounts of solids These filters are appropriate with most chemical processes and are free of additives. 

Iron Removal Filters 

These filters are used to remove the Iron from the raw water. These filters purify water from sand without clogging the filter. 

Water Softeners 

We offer a range of Water softeners that can be used for softening of water by removing impurities from the water i.e. Ca and Mg. Our water softeners have high performance resins that give a higher transfer rate. Softeners are designed according to the raw water and required treated water results

Chemical Dosing Systems

It is used to doze chemicals i.e. Alum, Sodium hypo chloride, Caustic soda, HCl, Corrosion inhibitor, etc. Quantity of chemicals to be added can be controlled very easily Dosing pump with different flow, M.O.C and pressure are available 

De-mineralizing Plants 

We offer an entire range of Demineralization Plants, which is used to remove the mineral salts from water by ion-exchange. Our range is designed and fabricated in accordance to the latest technology. The Demineralization Plant comprises strong acid cation and strong base anion unit that purifies water passing through it. These plants are designed based on the raw water parameters and the expected treated water parameters. We supply these in different sizes to cater to different flow rates. De-mineralizing Plant 

Water Treatments two bed demineralizers are based on proven technique of counter flow regeneration. This ensures best quality treated water with low residual dissolved solids throughout the cycle. The demineralizers comprise of cation and anion exchange columns operating in series. 

De-mineralizing Plant with Degas Tower 

When alkalinity (CO3, HCO3) is high and OBR is on the higher, it is advisable to used Degas Tower. Degas Tower would be placed before the Anion unit. Load on the Anion Unit decreases and hence Anion column size decreases and accordingly NaOH (Caustic Soda) consumption decreases. Note: initial cost would increase slightly however in the long RUN the recurring cost goes down. 

 

DM Water


We are also suppliers of DM Water which is suitable for many applications, including electroplating, autoclaves, hand-pieces, laboratory testing, laser cutting, and automotive use. Purified water is also used in the pharmaceutical industry. Water of this grade is widely used as a raw material, ingredient, and solvent in the processing, formulation, and manufacture of pharmaceutical products, active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates..

 

 

Mixed Bed 

Mixed bed units commonly known as polishing units are used when DM water with very low conductivity is required. In mixed bed unit Cation and Anion resins are used in a single column. The output water conductivity is less than 1 micro mhos/cm. 

 

 

Reverse Osmosis Plants     

The RO Systems we design, manufacture and supply are extensively used to remove dissolve solids from the raw water. Our range of reverse osmosis system and reverse osmosis equipment is manufactured using the membrane technology. Reverse osmosis separation technology is used to remove dissolved impurities from water through the use of a semi-permeable membrane. (RO) involves the reversal of flow through a membrane from a high salinity, or concentrated solution to the high purity, or "permeate", stream on the opposite side of the membrane. Pressure is used as the driving force for the separation. The applied pressure (P) must be in excess of the osmotic pressure of the dissolved contaminants to allow flow across the membrane. The feed water is pretreated to allow improving the quality of the feed water to the level which would
